It’s actually pretty simple. You fill out some questionnaires and come in for an interview. Then I write the assessment and evaluation and send it to your attorney.

Just like anything else in life, you get what you pay for. Yes, you can use a cheaper evaluator but more than likely you will get a poorly written report with no psychological testing. Each evaluation takes me about 6 hours or more to complete. The client interview can take up to 2 hours. My evaluations range from $750-$1000 on the type of assessment you need. 

For a hardship evaluation: Just the USA citizen or resident. If your spouse wants to come, they are more than welcome to come.

For a cancellation of removal: You and your children.

For all other types of evaluations: The person seeking the the visa needs to attend. 

• Any medical records that indicate any medical conditions you or your family member have
• Any educational records or report cards for your children
• List of all medications
• Valid photo ID
• Cash payment (If you need to use a card, there will be an additional fee)
